This is the experimental, beta firmware 026p, ported to ClarkeTech HD5000Combo+ from Dr.HD F16. It works perfectly, just some considerations should be made before flashing to it.

1. This firmware is based on new core, SO RETURN TO PREVIOUS FIRMWARE IS IMPOSSIBLE !!! (Unless you own very specific hardware and have great soldering skill).

2. This is beta firmware, so not all features work correctly now (some problems with PVR, EPG, USALS).

3. It has no English language, only Russian. If you want to keep English language, then 1st flash the ported 118p firmware from Dr.HD F16, select English language in it, and then upgrade to 026p.

4. Remember, if you do “Load default settings” on this new firmware, the front blue led will lit up, and you can’t turn it off!

So now, what is improved, what features we get, does it worth of upgrading at all?

1. Cardsharing speed, stability and versatility. Many Irdeto2 channels work now ok. Channel switching is also lightning fast, when using cardsharing.

2. Numerous issues fixed with smartcard compatibility.
